I began my Real Estate career in 1974 at the age of 21 and by the time I was 24 I was rated in the top 1% of a large franchise company. During my 30+ years as an agent I sold over 2000 properties. I then coached over 500 Real Estate agents to do the same thing. I coached Real estate clients on how to eliminate all unnecessary expenses and become more efficient and organized. I then took the skills and techniques I had learned and applied them to investing, buying and selling hundreds of properties. I also co-founded an investment coaching company with a nationally known trainer of investors and spent several years training investors to do what I had done.

I also co-founded an investment coaching company with a nationally known trainer of investors and spent several years training investors to do what I had done.
With the down turn in the market my team and I have used our knowledge and experience to develop a professional system for locating short sale prospects, structuring deals efficiently, processing and negotiating them and getting them closed.
We are currently working with Real estate agents from all over the country helping them get their short sale deals closed. Rather than do a deal or two each with a hundred agents I would like to locate and coach a core group of charter clients on how to find and get deals for themselves. Once they find them I will coach these agents on how to make the seller an offer that they cannot refuse, get the listings nearly every time, price them to get multiple offers while getting the banks to agree to accept the offers . I will train them to process and negotiate the file themselves if they want to (frankly I don’t know why they would want to) or my company will process, negotiate and handle the entire process for the agents and the agents keep their full commissions. In short I intend to train a crack team of short sale assassins to dominate their markets.
I used to charge $1,000 per month for my real estate and investment coaching. I am offering my Short Sale Success System Coaching to charter clients for $49 mo.
The Coaching Program will consist of the following:
- One 30 minute Teaching Call per week
- One 45 minute Coaching Conference call per week where you will have an opportunity to mastermind with other great agents, role play with me and other agents, ask me all the questions you can think of about short sales or any real estate related topic.
- You will have unlimited 24/7 access to my private e mail and cell phone
- I will actually get on the phone will your sellers and help you get the listings!!
- My short sale company will process all of your short sales and you keep your full commission!
- At the end of the training you will have the opportunity to exclusively represent our company in your area to an incredible nich market that desperately needs your help
According to recent estimates in many markets more than 50% of all closed transactions are either REO’s or Short Sales. Most agents either don’t know how to find this business or they turn it down because they don’t know what to do with the deals when they find them.
One of my favorite quotes is “Life is not about avoiding the storms… It’s about learning to dance in the rain”…It’s raining everywhere these days and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop anytime soon. Together we can dance through this storm.
